What is manual therapy

Manual therapy is defined as a clinical approach utilising specific hands-on techniques, including but not limited to manipulation/mobilisation, used by the physical therapist to diagnose and treat soft tissues and joint structures.

Techniques include, Neural mobilisations, soft tissue massage, Trigger point release, Passive range of motion, active assisted range of motion, Soft tissue stretches, Joint manipulation and Joint mobilisations.
